LNB Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and issues and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues and inquiries in accordance with company procedures and best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide immediate response to all issues and continue to follow-up with client contact until cases are ultimately resolved
  • Escalate urgent requests or those that require a more in-depth knowledge and understanding to the attention of IT Development
  • Capture and relay new functionality requests to the lead Salesforce Developer
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
  • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities to the Sales Team
  • Assist with training and coaching of future Customer Support Specialists
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics
  • Work on projects and special initiatives as approved by your supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required in Business, Finance, or Human Services
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Possess working knowledge of the Salesforce platform preferred, but not required
  • Possess working knowledge of the Jira platform preferred, but not required
  • Salesforce certifications is not required; however, Salesforce certifications are preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and be eager to help when needed
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
