Location: Remote with periodic onsite sessions in Virginia

Role Summary
The Training & Change Enablement Lead is responsible for delivering clear, role-based training and guiding users through the adoption of Salesforce-based systems during implementation and support. This role works closely with PMs, system administrators, and SMEs to ensure users understand how to navigate the system and perform their work successfully post-go-live. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and confident leading both live sessions and LMS-based learning paths.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver live and recorded Train-the-Trainer and End User sessions
Translate SOPs and workflows into step-by-step system instructions and learning materials
Create quick reference guides, slide decks, sandbox walkthroughs, and supplemental resources
Coordinate hands-on exercises using the customer's Salesforce environment
Partner with PMs and Admins to schedule and deliver targeted training based on user roles (e.g., Finance, Program, CSA, Admin)
Lead internal change readiness efforts and gather feedback on adoption challenges
Support ongoing LMS setup, SCORM content delivery, and trainer certification
Serve as a key resource during go-live to reinforce system understanding and change confidence
Qualifications
3+ years experience leading software training or change enablement efforts, preferably in Salesforce or public-sector systems
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and user engagement skills (both in-person and virtual)
Experience developing adult learning content using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Articulate Rise
Familiarity with Salesforce navigation, record relationships, and user interface best practices
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage logistics across multiple departments and learning groups
Experience supporting LMS rollouts or training content libraries a plus
Public-sector experience and understanding of local government workflows strongly preferred
